[Our newsletter] The spring of April ushered in Segura Jubanuo as the head of the International Latin Union delegation. Regarding the participation of the Chinese Notaries Association in the International Latin Union Notary League, the delegation conducted an official visit in Shanghai, Nanjing and Beijing and heard a statement by the China Notary Association. This marks a new advance in the legal construction of China and marks the development of China’s notary public
