海星胶代血浆经动物实验和临床试用,表明抗休克效果好,且无毒性。为了进一步评价海星胶代血浆作为血容扩张剂的功效,我们利用同位素示踪法观察了它在动物体内的存留时间和排泄途径,现报告如下: 材料和方法 ~(131)Ⅰ-海星胶的制备以氯胺T为氧化剂,用~(131)Ⅰ-标记得之。示踪剂量为15微居里/公斤体重。按照示踪所需的放射性总强度和所需输注的海星胶代血浆总体积,将标记的海星胶和非标记的3%海星胶液(内含0.9%氯化钠)适当比例混合配制成~(131)Ⅰ-海星胶代血浆。选择三只雄性、成年、健康杂种狗为实验动物,体重在16.4—17.5公斤,沿用先前的方法将狗造成失血性休克,然后立即由股静脉输入等体积~(131)Ⅰ-海星胶代血浆,有关情况见表1。
