氟中毒大鼠前肢骨是X线观察重点部位,但因与骨盆等部位使用相同的投照条件,致使前肢骨X线影像密度过高而变黑,该显示的诊断信息不能充分显示,影响了X线照片质量和诊断效果。笔者采用黑纸吸收增感屏荧光法,降低了前肢骨X线影像密度,将过去因密度偏高而被隐去的影像信息又得到充分显示,不但未影响其它部位的X线显像效果,而且还提高了整体X线照片优质率。该方法简便、实用、易操作,为全面观察和分析氟中毒大鼠X线影像、准确诊断氟骨症提供了客观依据。
Fluorosis in rats forelimb bone is the focus of X-ray observation, but because of the same conditions with the pelvis and other parts of the projection, resulting in forelimb bone density is too high and dark, the diagnostic information displayed can not be fully displayed, affecting the X-ray quality and diagnostic results. The author adopted black paper absorbency screen fluorescence method, reducing the forelimb bone X-ray image density, the past because of the high density and hidden image information has been fully displayed, not only did not affect other parts of the X-ray imaging results, But also improve the overall high-quality X-ray picture quality. The method is simple, practical and easy to operate, and provides an objective basis for comprehensively observing and analyzing X-ray images of fluorosis rats and accurately diagnosing skeletal fluorosis.
