采用不透明材料研制的SPECT断层测试“黑箱”模型,为仪器的性能测试提供一种“盲式”手段。模型内不同位置分布10个5种不同直径的圆柱体,等效为放射性冷区。使用时模型注入放射性溶液,采用常用的临床采集、处理和显示条件进行测试。测试结果显示:直径10mm的圆柱体测出率为0,直径12mm的圆柱体测出率为60%,直径15mm的圆柱体测出率为100%。模型设计合理,适用于仪器性能的日常评价。
The SPECT tomography “black box” model developed using opaque materials provides a “blinding” measure of instrument performance. There are 10 different cylinders with different diameters in different positions in the model, which is equivalent to radioactive cold zone. When used, the model is infused with radioactive solution and tested using the commonly used clinical acquisition, handling and display conditions. The test results show that the detection rate of a cylinder with a diameter of 10mm is 0, the detection rate of a cylinder with a diameter of 12mm is 60%, and the detection rate of a cylinder with a diameter of 15mm is 100%. The model is designed to fit the everyday performance of the instrument.
