目的:通过测定血液流变学指标观察金双歧(长双岐杆菌制剂)对实验性肝硬化大鼠模型的治疗效果。以探讨金双歧对实验性肝硬化大鼠血液流变学特性影响。方法:制备90只大鼠肝硬化的动物模型并分组检测肝硬化大鼠早、中、晚(即第3、6、9周末)期血液流变学的L-WBV、H-WBV、Pv、HCT(%)、Fib、L-WBRV、H-WBRV等各种参数。结果:1,随着肝脏病变的发展,大鼠血液流变学指标出现明显异常,主要表现在全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、血液还原粘度明显升高(P<0.01)。2,应用金双歧治疗后的实验性肝硬化大鼠的血液流变学特性有非常明显的改善(P<0.05-0.01)。结论:肝硬化大鼠血液流变学特性在肝脏病变的进程中存在显著的改变,应用金双歧可通过调整肠道菌群以减少肠源性内毒素的吸收,从而达到稳定或缓解肝硬化的发生和发展。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Jinshuangqi (Bifidobacterium longum) on experimental hepatic cirrhosis rat model by measuring hemorheology indexes. In order to investigate the effect of Jinshuangqi on the hemorheology of experimental cirrhotic rats. Methods: 90 animal models of liver cirrhosis were prepared and the hemorheology of L-WBV, H-WBV, Pv, HCT (%), Fib, L-WBRV, H-WBRV and other parameters. Conclusion: Hemorheological characteristics of cirrhotic rats have significant changes in the course of liver diseases. Application of Jinshuangqi can stabilize or relieve the occurrence of liver cirrhosis by adjusting the intestinal flora to reduce the absorption of enterogenous endotoxin And development.
