详细分析了晶体消光比和应力双折射相位差的关系，提出了用单１／４波片法测量晶体消光比，推导出了计算公式，并对不确定度进行了分析，给出了对比实验值，证明了该方法较目前常用的方法具有更小的测量不确定度。
The relationship between the extinction ratio and the phase difference of stress birefringence was analyzed in detail. The extinction ratio of crystal was measured by single ¼ wave plate method. The calculation formula was deduced and the uncertainty was analyzed. The comparison experiment It proves that this method has less measurement uncertainty than the commonly used methods.
