目的分析和探讨新疆地区陆军军人心理控制能力和生活质量的关系。方法采用横断面研究,使用MOSSF-36中文版量表和IPC量表对新疆地区336名军人的生活质量与心理控制能力进行问卷调查测定。结果被调查军人的内控性与生理功能、生理职能、活力、社会功能、精神健康呈正相关(P﹤0.05),被调查军人的有势力他人和机遇这2方面与生活质量8个维度均呈负相关(P﹤0.05)。活力和社会功能分值低下的生活质量状态是影响个人心理控制能力内控性降低的因素(P﹤0.01);总体健康、精神健康和活力分值低下的生活质量状态均是影响其个人心理控制能力的机遇得分降低的因素(P﹤0.01);活力、总体健康、精神健康和社会功能分值低下的生活质量状态均是影响心理控制能力的有势力他人分值降低的因素(P﹤0.05)。结论中国军人的生活质量与其心理控制能力息息相关,尤其在活力、总体健康、精神健康和社会功能4个方面,其生活质量不断提高,不仅有利于提高军人的心理控制能力,而且也有利于军队战斗力的提高。
Objective To analyze and discuss the relationship between the psychological control ability and quality of life of Army soldiers in Xinjiang. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the quality of life and psychological control ability of 336 soldiers in Xinjiang using MOSSF-36 Chinese version and IPC scale. Results The internal control of the surveyed soldiers was positively correlated with physiological function, physiological function, vitality, social function and mental health (P <0.05). The surveyed soldier’s power of others and opportunities both showed negative correlation with quality of life Related (P <0.05). The quality of life with low score of vitality and social function was the factor that affected the internal control of individual’s psychological control ability (P <0.01). The quality of life with lower total health, mental health and vitality score all affected their personal psychological control ability (P <0.01). The quality of life with lower scores of vitality, general health, mental health and social function were all the factors influencing the psychological control ability of the influential people (P <0.05). Conclusion The quality of life of Chinese military personnel is closely related to their psychological control ability. In particular, the quality of life of Chinese military personnel is continuously improved in terms of vitality, general health, mental health and social functions. This not only helps improve the psychological control ability of military personnel but also contributes to the military combat effectiveness Improve.
