本文介绍一种连续测量机车车轮和钢轨之间的横向力和垂直向力的新方法。这种技术是利用装在标准机车车轮辐板上的电阻丝应变片产生正弦波并经电子方法加以合成提供正比于车轮净载荷的横向分量和垂直向分量的连续信号。综合运用了这种技术的两轴轮对和信号处理机已经装成。这些轮对已经广泛地用于机车的现场测试。试验结果表明,横向力和垂直向力信号之间的干扰、温度效应、车轮在钢轨上横向定位的影响均已有效地减小。本文叙述了连续的力测量原理,并有测试装置的详细说明。利用这种轮对为研究人员提供了一种有价值的工具以进一步研究轮轨相互作用的动力学。
This article presents a new method for continuously measuring lateral and vertical forces between locomotive wheels and rails. This technique utilizes sinusoidal waves from a strain gauge wire mounted on a standard locomotive spoke and electronically synthesized to provide a continuous signal proportional to the lateral and vertical components of the wheel payload. Two-axis wheelsets and signal processors that combine this technology have been installed. These wheelsets have been used extensively for locomotive field tests. The experimental results show that the interference between the lateral force and the vertical force signal, the temperature effect and the influence of the wheel on the rail transversely are effectively reduced. This paper describes the principle of continuous force measurement, and a detailed description of the test device. Using this wheelset provides researchers with a valuable tool to further study the dynamics of wheel-rail interaction.
