目的通过流行病学调查和实验室检测结果,分析食物中毒原因。方法参照《食品卫生微生物学检验》GB 4789.10-2010对患者呕吐物、剩余食物、食品加工环节涂抹物等进行病原菌检测。利用K-B法对菌株进行药敏试验。结果从20份样品中检出11份金黄色葡萄球菌并全部检出肠毒素。结论本次食物中毒是由金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素引起的,其对多种药物的耐药性提示安全应用治疗药物的重要性。
Objective To analyze the causes of food poisoning through epidemiological investigation and laboratory test results. Methods Reference to “food hygiene microbiology test” GB 4789.10-2010 pathogen detection of vomit patients, remaining food, food processing links smear. The K-B method was used to test the susceptibility of the strain. Results 11 S. aureus strains were detected from 20 samples and all the enterotoxins were detected. Conclusion The food poisoning is caused by Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin, and its resistance to multiple drugs suggests the importance of safely treating therapies.
