力学的重要基本规律及认识大致如下:力和运动→牛顿第二定律、运动学公式[矢量] (对单体、状态) (对单体、恒力过程)功和能→动能定理机械能守恒定律[标量] (对单体、过程) (对系统、过程中的两态)冲量和动量→动量定理动量守恒定律[矢量] (对单体、过程) (对系统、过程中的两态) 应用这些重要规律对现象进行分析时也有顺序可谈,“首先应用有关的守恒定律,如果还有什么没有解决的问题,再去采用有关的具体规律或方法”。[见
