根据目前的教学形式来看,大多数的化学老师由于教学任务比较重课堂教学时间相对较少,导致其与学生之间的沟通交流不够充分,甚至弄不清学生的实际情况。因此,为了更好的解决这个问题,就应该要求化学老师设计培养学生自主学习的教学方案,进而提高学生的自主管理能力。本文首先分析了自主管理的基本概述,列举了在高中化学教学中学生自主管理能力培养过程中需要注意的问题;最后对高中化学教学中学生自主管理能力培养的策略进行探究。
According to the current teaching methods, most chemistry teachers, due to their relatively heavy teaching tasks, have relatively little time for teaching in class, resulting in inadequate communication with students and even confusing students' actual situations. Therefore, in order to solve this problem better, chemistry teachers should be required to design and develop the teaching scheme of students' autonomous learning so as to improve their self-management ability. This article first analyzes the basic overview of self-management, lists the problems that need to be noticed in the cultivation of students 'self-management ability in high school chemistry teaching, and finally probes into the strategy of cultivating students' autonomous management ability in high school chemistry teaching.
