建立了塑料制品中18种多环芳烃的气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱联用检测方法。塑料制品剪成0.5 mm×0.5 mm以下颗粒状,四氢呋喃超声提取,采用气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱联用法测定,内标法定量。该方法对于多环芳烃的定量限均在0.01 mg/kg以下,线性范围为1~200 ng/mL,线性相关系数(r~2)均大于0.998,平均回收率在70.6%~115%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.4%~9.8%之间(n=6)。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,准确性好,可较好地应用于塑料制品中的多环芳烃检测。
A GC-MS triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) method was developed for the determination of 18 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in plastics. Plastic products cut into 0.5 mm × 0.5 mm granular, tetrahydrofuran extraction by gas chromatography - triple quadrupole mass spectrometry combined with internal standard method. The limit of quantification for PAHs was less than 0.01 mg / kg and the linear range was 1 ~ 200 ng / mL. The linear correlation coefficients (r ~ 2) were all above 0.998 with the average recoveries between 70.6% and 115% , Relative standard deviation (RSD) between 0.4% and 9.8% (n = 6). The method has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity and good accuracy, and can be suitably applied to the detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in plastic products.
