目的分析超声在钼靶检查阴性乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法安阳市肿瘤医院病理确诊的151例乳腺癌共156个病灶,术前均行超声及钼靶检查。探讨钼靶检查阴性时,采用高频多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的价值。结果156个病灶超声诊断阳性137个,正确率87.8%。钼靶诊断正确120个,正确率76.9%。钼靶诊断阴性的36例中超声诊断正确20例,正确率55.6%。结论超声诊断乳腺癌的正确率优于钼靶X线。对于钼靶扫查阴性的病例,高频超声仍有较高诊断价值,加做超声可减少误诊率。
Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of negative breast cancer by mammography. Methods A total of 156 lesions were identified in 151 cases of breast cancer in Anyang Cancer Hospital. All patients underwent ultrasound and mammography examination before operation. To investigate the negative mammography examination, the use of high-frequency Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Results The positive rate of 156 lesions was 137. The correct rate was 87.8%. Molybdenum target diagnosis correct 120, the correct rate of 76.9%. In 36 cases with negative mammographic diagnosis, 20 cases were correctly diagnosed by ultrasound and the correct rate was 55.6%. Conclusion The correct rate of ultrasonic diagnosis of breast cancer is better than molybdenum target X-ray. For mammography negative cases, high-frequency ultrasound still has a higher diagnostic value, plus ultrasound can reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
