I. Introduction The friction factor value of the friction surface in metal plastic forming is one of the basic parameters in the theoretical analysis of plastic forming. Correctly determining the friction factor of the friction surface under various deformation processes has a significant effect on a series of theories and technological research work such as the calculation of mechanical energy parameters in plastic deformation, the determination of flow rule, the evaluation of lubricant lubrication effect and so on.
