本文用定量金相法测定了中碳钢经临界区淬火后显微组织中铁素体的数量、形状、尺寸和分布状况。用回归分析法求得钢的力学性能与铁素体显微组织参数的定量关系。采用逐步回归法剔除次要因子后,对韧性影响最大的是铁素体的形状,而对强度影响最大的因子是铁素体的数量和分布状况。讨论了这种影响的原因。提出了获得优良性能所需的条件和热处理方案。
In this paper, the quantitative metallographic method was used to determine the amount, shape, size and distribution of ferrite in the microstructure of the medium carbon steel quenched by the critical region. The quantitative relationship between the mechanical properties of ferrite and the microstructure parameters of ferrite was obtained by regression analysis. Stepwise regression method to remove the secondary factor, the greatest impact on the toughness of the ferrite shape, and the strength of the greatest factor is the number and distribution of ferrite. The reason for this effect is discussed. The conditions and heat treatment schemes required to obtain good performance are proposed.
