用化学沉淀法、十二烷基硫酸钠(简称SDS)微乳液介质法分别合成了SnO2微粉, 并将其制备成旁热式气敏元件,进行气敏性能测定.结果表明,用SDS微乳液合成的SnO2 纳米微粉,可以提高SnO2气敏元件对某种气体的灵敏度和选择性,对SnO2气体传感器 的开发具有一定的价值.
The SnO2 micropowder was synthesized by chemical precipitation method and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) microemulsion medium method, respectively, and prepared as a by-product gas sensor to measure the gas sensitivity.The results showed that using SDS microemulsion The synthesized SnO2 nano-micron powder can improve the sensitivity and selectivity of the SnO2 gas sensor to a certain gas and has certain value for the development of the SnO2 gas sensor.
