目的了解接种狂犬病疫苗免疫后抗体水平,及时发现免疫失败的接种者,采取积极有效的补种措施,保证每位接种者得到有效的免疫。方法采用间接免疫荧光法(IFAT)测定狂犬病暴露者免疫后抗体效价,数据采用Excel、SPSS11.5软件进行处理。结果229例狂犬病疫苗接种者中狂犬病病毒抗体阳性者175例,阳性率为76.4%,阳性率在性别和年龄组之间差异无统计学意义,在疫苗来源和接种地方面差异有统计学意义。结论狂犬病疫苗进入人体后所引发的免疫反应并不由于性别、年龄而有所差别,建议被犬、猫等动物致伤后,尽可能到具有疫苗流通和接种资质的卫生服务部门接种。
OBJECTIVE To understand the antibody levels of vaccinated rabies vaccine and to find the vaccinated patients who failed the immunization in time, and take active and effective replanting measures to ensure effective immunization for each vaccinated person. Methods The antibody titer of rabies exposed rabies virus was determined by indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFAT). The data were processed by Excel and SPSS11.5 software. Results A total of 175 cases of rabies virus positive were detected in 229 rabies vaccine-vaccinated patients, the positive rate was 76.4%. There was no significant difference in the positive rate between sex and age group. There was significant difference in the origin of vaccine and inoculation site. Conclusion The immune response caused by rabies vaccine entering the human body does not differ according to gender and age. It is suggested that vaccination should be conducted to the health service with the qualification of vaccine circulation and vaccination as soon as possible after it is injured by dogs, cats and other animals.
