以高浓度有机废液焚烧炉为对象,利用CFD软件Fluent,对助燃燃烧器在不同布置方式下的流场进行数值模拟分析,研究了三种不同布置方式下的流场分布,得出最佳布置方式,并在此基础上优化顶部废液喷口布置位置。结果表明,燃烧器四角切圆的布置方式可以避免气流贴墙,加强了炉内的气流湍动,能保证废液在高温区的分解燃烧;通过调整顶部雾化喷口的布置位置,能保证废液雾化效果,实现废液低贴壁率安全稳定焚烧。研究结果可为改进废液焚烧炉的设计和生产组织提供参考。
Taking high concentration organic waste incinerator as an example, CFD software Fluent was used to simulate the flow field of the combustion-supporting combustor under different layouts. The flow field distribution under three different layouts was studied and the best Layout, and on this basis to optimize the layout of the top waste spout. The results show that the arrangement of the tangential corners of the burner avoids the airflow against the wall and enhances the airflow turbulence in the furnace and ensures the decomposition and combustion of the waste liquid in the high temperature zone. By adjusting the arrangement of the top atomizing nozzle, Liquid atomization effect, to achieve a low rate of waste adhesion rate safe and stable incineration. The research results can provide reference for improving the design and production organization of waste incinerator.
