教师是人才培养的关键因素,为了适应愈发激烈的市场竞争形势,对于教师的个人素质要求也不断提高,而班主任作为各科教师之首,对于一个班级的管理所起的整体作用更加明显,因此,对于班主任的个人素质要求要比教师更高。作为小学班主任,要通过有效的班级管理实现班集体之间的和谐关系,怎样构建这种和谐的班集体关系是每个小学班主任在班级管理中所需要思考和解决的。本文从小学班主任的工作特点出发分析班主任工作的重要性,再结合现阶段我国小学班主任在处理班集体关系上存在的问题,探讨班主任在班级管理中实现和谐班级关系目标的有效发展途径。
Teachers are the key factors of talent training. In order to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the teachers’ personal qualities are also constantly increasing. However, as the head teacher of all subjects, the overall role played by the teacher in a class becomes more obvious. Therefore, the personal qualities of the teacher is higher than the teacher. As a primary school teacher, through effective class management to achieve the harmonious relationship between classes, how to build such a harmonious class collective relationship is that each primary school teacher in class management need to think and solve. This article analyzes the importance of the teacher in charge of class teacher from the work characteristics of the class teacher in primary school. Then with the problems existing in the collective class of class teacher at the present stage in our country, this paper explores the effective ways that the class teacher can achieve the goal of harmonious class relationship in class management.
