张敏华名师工作室成立于2012年初,现有5名副高职称成员,7名省市教坛新秀。工作室领衔导师张敏华为浙江省特级教师。工作室以“博学、勤思、笃行、互助”为室训,导师与青年骨干教师相携相知,一路同行。工作室积极倡导在小学语文教学中加强思维训练,重视语言与思维发展并进。导师带领工作室成员开展“导图式语文教学研究”达四年之久,即以“思维导图”为抓手,优化小学语文课堂教学,引导学生自主学习,有效发展学生语言文字理解与运用能力、思维能力等核心素养。出版研究专著《思维导图与小学语文教学》。
