目的控制手术室感染发生,防止交叉感染。方法手术室空气消毒方法中有40%甲醛:高锰酸钾=2ml/m3配方熏蒸法、紫外线照射法,三氧消毒无菌机(以下简称三氧机)消毒法。结果三氧消毒机的细菌学结果显示两者间有显著性差异(P<0.01),差异有非常显著意义。结论通过对三氧机消毒效果的细菌学监测,将3种方法进行比较显示三氧机消毒效果好,使用方便,同时要求在消毒过程中要保持手术房间的湿度,以确保空气消毒的效果达到标准要求。
Objective To control the occurrence of infection in the operating room and prevent cross infection. Methods 40% formaldehyde in the operating room air disinfection method: potassium permanganate = 2ml / m3 formula fumigation, UV irradiation, three oxygen disinfection sterilization machine (hereinafter referred to as the three oxygen machine) disinfection. Results The bacteriological results of the three oxygen disinfection machine showed that there was a significant difference between the two (P <0.01), the difference was very significant. Conclusion Through the bacteriological monitoring of the disinfection effect of the three oxygen machine, the comparison of the three methods shows that the disinfection effect of the three oxygen machine is good and the use is convenient. At the same time, it is required to maintain the humidity of the operation room during the disinfection to ensure the air disinfection effect reaches standard requirement.
