一、實行混合浮选的意义我厂在1953年按苏联专家建议,将优先浮选法改为混合浮选法。在苏联专家的亲自指导下,经过半年多的小型浮选试验和一个多月的工业生产试验,混合浮选终于获得了成功。经过几年来的不断改进,混合浮选逐步的得到巩固和提高。实行混合浮选后,铅实收率提高了5.4%,锌实收率提高了0.3%,铅、锌产品质量都达到了一级品标准。无论在实收率方面和产品质量方面都超过了优先浮选的最高成绩,并且还节省了40.6%的浮选设备,和35%的浮选动力,为国家创造了巨大的财富。混合浮选的作业条件(一)铅锌全浮选阶段这一险段的浮选过程主要是提高混合实收率,并且也要达到铅锌产品所要求的混合精矿品位(铅20%、锌35%左右),不然混合精矿品位达不到,铅锌分离是无法完成精矿品位的。所以须根据矿石性质添加适
