抽油机井杆管偏磨已成为国内外各油田普遍存在的问题。尤其在油田进入中后期开采阶段,由于偏磨的发生,加速了抽油机井管、杆、泵的磨损,增加了检泵作业工作量和采油成本,影响了油田的开发。因此,为了油田的平稳生产,提高经济效益,研究解决抽油杆与油管的偏磨问题有着重大的实际的意义。本文针对杆管偏磨的现象和机理进行了探讨,并结合目前现场采用的各种防偏磨技术提出适合本采油厂有效的防治措施。
Exhausting of the shaft of pumping unit wells has become a common problem in all oil fields at home and abroad. Especially in the mid-late stage of oilfield development, due to the occurrence of partial wear and tear, it speeds up the wear of the tubing, rod and pump of the pumping unit, increases the work load and oil recovery cost of the pump and affects the development of the oilfield. Therefore, in order to smooth the production of oilfields and increase economic benefits, it is of great practical significance to study and solve the partial wear of sucker rods and tubing. In this paper, the phenomenon and mechanism of partial eccentric wear of the rod tube are discussed, and the various prevention and treatment measures suitable for the present oil production plant are put forward in combination with various anti-eccentric wear technologies currently used in the field.
