测量循环流化床锅炉内的压力时 ,由于测量管线内气体流动而产生的管内压差会造成测量误差 ,影响锅炉的正常投运 ;流动的固体燃料容易堵塞测压点和测量管线。因此 ,必须采用压力补偿、防堵测量装置。该测量装置的工作原理是补偿测量管内的压差 ,确保炉内压力与测量压力相等。该测量装置在安装、调试和锅炉运行时 ,应采取一些必要的技术措施 ,以确保床压监控、测量的准确性、连续性和可靠性
When measuring the pressure in a circulating fluidized bed boiler, the pressure difference in the pipe caused by gas flow in the measuring pipeline will cause measurement error and affect the normal operation of the boiler. The flowing solid fuel will easily clog the pressure measuring point and the measuring pipeline. Therefore, pressure compensation must be used to prevent the measuring device. The working principle of the measuring device is to compensate the pressure difference in the measuring tube to ensure that the pressure in the furnace is equal to the measured pressure. The installation of the measuring device, commissioning and boiler operation, should take some necessary technical measures to ensure bed pressure monitoring, measurement accuracy, continuity and reliability
