淋巴瘤的正确分期对决定其治疗方案和判定预后具有重要意义。淋巴瘤首发症状常常是颈部及锁骨上淋巴结肿大,有无腹部淋巴结或器官的播散是确定其分期的主要依据之一。由于该部位淋巴结或器官的早期播散体检不易发现,因此需借助辅助检查。我们对临床和病理已确诊为淋巴瘤的患者采用 B 超检查对其临床分期进行了探讨,报告如下。
The correct staging of lymphoma is of great significance in determining the treatment plan and determining the prognosis. The first symptoms of lymphoma are often enlarged neck and supraclavicular lymph nodes. The presence or absence of dissemination of lymph nodes or organs in the abdomen is one of the main criteria for determining the stage. Since the early disseminated physical examination of lymph nodes or organs at this site is not easy to detect, an auxiliary examination is required. We examined the clinical staging of patients with clinically and pathologically diagnosed lymphomas using B-ultrasound as reported below.
