随着大理市建设滇西中心城市步伐的加快,荷花村累计被征耕地1200多亩,征地补偿金达1.4亿元,但人均耕地面积却只有0.59亩。征地补偿款拿到手了,可把这些有限的钱吃光后又该怎么办?关键时刻,荷花村党总支提出了切合荷花村实际的、可持续全面发展的科学蓝图,引导村民将征地补偿费自愿投资入股,为破解城郊失地农村的建设与发展难题提供了宝贵经验。
