目的检测血小板反应蛋白-1(TSP-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在糖尿病大鼠视网膜中的表达情况。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导10只大鼠糖尿病模型,另取10只正常大鼠作为正常对照组,免疫组织化学方法检测TSP-1和VEGF蛋白质在大鼠视网膜的表达情况。结果糖尿病组大鼠视网膜TSP-1阳性表达较正常对照组降低(P<0.01)。糖尿病3个月时,VEGF在视网膜的阳性表达高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论 TSP-1低表达和VEGF过表达之间的不平衡可能在早期糖尿病视网膜病变过程中起到调控作用。
Objective To detect the expression of TSP-1 and VEGF in retina of diabetic rats. Methods Ten diabetic rats were induced by streptozotocin (STZ), and 10 normal rats were used as normal control group. The expression of TSP-1 and VEGF protein in rat retina was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of TSP-1 in retina of diabetic rats was lower than that of normal controls (P <0.01). At 3 months, the positive expression of VEGF in the retina was higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The imbalance between low expression of TSP-1 and overexpression of VEGF may play a regulatory role in early diabetic retinopathy.
