微型航空喷气发动机的应用越来越广泛,转子系统对于其安全可靠性具有重要的影响。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,采用APDL编程,首先建立了可以精确模拟转子几何形状的三维有限元转子动力特性分析模型;其次采用管单元模型,建立了具有工程精度、简单快速的转子动力特性分析模型。分析表明管单元模型与三维模型的计算结果具有良好的一致性,说明了本文建立的管单元简化模型的精确性与合理性,从而为工程实际中分析复杂结构转子的动力特性提供了一种简单、快捷的方法。
The application of miniature jet engine is more and more widespread, the rotor system has an important impact on its safety and reliability.
