本文通过对部分中小企业客户的实地调查研究,基于对中小企业现状的了解,从实际出发,对中小企业的关键客户关系管理提出的建议方案。首先对中小企业的现状进行分析,提出中小企业关键客户关系管理的需求,对中小企业关键客户进行识别和深入了解,在此基础上给出一系列的营销措施建议。
Based on the field investigation of some SME clients, based on the understanding of the current situation of SMEs, this paper gives some suggestions on how to manage the key customer relationship of SMEs. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, puts forward the demand of key customer relationship management for small and medium-sized enterprises, identifies and deepens the understanding of the key customers of small and medium-sized enterprises, and then gives a series of suggestions on marketing measures.
