漫画是一门大众艺术,传统漫画在漫画种类中历史较久,发行范围较广,演变也较为缓慢,但一直与人们的生活保持着联系,可以说是不老的艺术.论文主要针对传统漫画的特点及其在新时代下的功用予以论述,凸显其魅力,并列举了一些有代表性的例子来说明其特点,将传统漫画与其它艺术形式做了比较,最后指出了新时代漫画作者的责任。
