目的:对基层医院人力资源管理现状及应对建议进行分析和探讨。方法:选择2013年8月至2014年6月我院的35例护理人员作为研究对象,随机将其分成两组,一组为实验组,共17例,一组为对照组,共18例,对照组给予常规的人力资源管理,实验组给予新型的人力资源干预,管理结束后,探讨基层医院人力资源管理的现状,并对比分析两组护理人员的工作满意度及护理质量评分。结果:实验组护理人员的护理质量评分为(94.31±10.41)分,对照组护理人员的护理质量评分为(71.79±10.01)分(P<0.05)。结论:人力资源管理部门不统筹、人力资源人才不全面、管理组织不完善、绩效考核评价机制不健全是基层医院人力资源管理存在的主要问题,因此,在基层医院应根据人力资源管理现状,切实做好改革工作,建立健全人力资源管理体制,提高人力资源管理水平,促进医院健康稳定的发展。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the present situation of human resource management in primary hospitals and suggestions for coping with them. Methods: From August 2013 to June 2014, 35 nurses in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups. One group was experimental group, 17 cases in total. One group was control group, 18 cases in total. The control group was given routine human resource management, and the experimental group gave a new type of human resource intervention. After the management ended, the status quo of human resource management in grassroots hospital was discussed. The job satisfaction and quality of nursing care of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The score of nursing quality was 94.31 ± 10.41 in the experimental group and 71.79 ± 10.01 in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The human resources management department does not co-ordinate, human resources are not comprehensive, the management organization is not perfect, the performance evaluation mechanism is not perfect is the primary problem of human resource management in primary hospitals, therefore, in the primary hospital should be based on human resources management status quo We will do a good job in reform, establish and improve a human resources management system, raise the level of human resources management, and promote the healthy and stable development of the hospital.
