为了解与把握高师院校非体育专业学生参与学习健美操课程的动机,文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对山西师范大学非体育专业学生选修健美操课的学习动机进行调查分析,结果表明:健美操的塑造体形、增强体质、提高艺术修养功能是学生选课的最主要动机来源,而课堂练习的手段和学生的个人基础等因素是影响其学习参与动机的主要因素,教师在教学过程中与学生的互动与鼓励是促进学生参与学习的主要动力。
In order to understand and grasp the motivation of students majoring in non-physical education in normal colleges and universities to participate in aerobics classes, this paper applies the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics to study aerobics classes for non-PE majors in Shanxi Normal University Motivation to carry out investigation and analysis. The results show that body shaping, physical fitness and artistic accomplishment are the most important motivation sources of students ’course selection. Factors such as classroom practice methods and students’ personal foundation are the main factors affecting their motivation for learning participation Factors, teachers in the teaching process and student interaction and encouragement is to promote student participation in learning the main driving force.
