相对于其他企业来说,民营企业的起步虽然较晚,但是由于其发展速度较快,近几年在我国经济建设中起着极为重要的作用。就目前而言,虽然民营企业在我国得到了较大的发展,但是很多民用企业仍然采用的是家族式经营管理模式,这种管理模式的质量水平较低,而使得民营企业的市场竞争能力急剧下降,以至于民营企业在发展过程中出现不少的问题。文章将结合已有的研究文献,对我国民营企业家族成员化管理的现状进行了深入的分析,并对如何调整我国民营企业家族成员化管理模式提出一些实质性的建议与措施。
Compared with other enterprises, although private enterprises started relatively late, their rapid development has played an extremely important role in China’s economic construction in recent years. For now, although private-owned enterprises have made great progress in our country, many civil-owned enterprises still adopt the family-run management model, which has a low quality level and makes the market competitiveness of private-owned enterprises drastically Decline, so that private enterprises in the development process there are many problems. Based on the existing research literature, this article will make an in-depth analysis of the status quo of the member-based management of the private-owned enterprises in our country and put forward some substantive suggestions and measures on how to adjust the family member management of the private-owned enterprises in China.
