近两年,我国乳业的市场集中度越来越高,如液态奶已经超过了80%。面对全国性品牌,许多区域性乳品企业开始感到了巨大的压力,甚至开始怀疑自己的生存问题。本刊编辑部特别约请了几位成功的区域性乳品企业负责人,阐述了他们对区域性乳品企业对抗大企业的突围之道。希望对全国众多的区域性乳品企业有所启发。
The past two years, China’s dairy market concentration is getting higher and higher, such as liquid milk has more than 80%. Faced with the national brand, many regional dairy companies began to feel tremendous pressure, and even began to doubt their own survival issues. Our editorial department specifically invited several successful leaders of the regional dairy companies, described their breakthrough in the regional dairy companies against big business. I hope many of the country’s regional dairy enterprises inspired.
