针对吉格森、哈南和阿南油田在射孔作业过程中普遍采用2%KCl水溶液作射孔液,未按储层特征对射孔液体系进行改变和调整,对储层造成一定程度的损害。通过分析3个油田储层特征及地层流体矿化度,查明了敏感性及潜在损害因素,室内对保护储层射孔液配方进行了优选和性能评价实验,确定了吉格森、哈南和阿南油田的保护储层射孔液配方。经在8口井应用表明,该套射孔液体系具有较好的保护储层效果,处理剂配伍性良好,保护储层射孔液同地层水混合后无沉淀,岩屑滚动回收率均大于95%,岩心渗透率恢复值均大于80%,表皮系数全部小于0,堵塞比全部小于1,完善井达到100%,取得了很好的保护油气层效果。
Aiming at the percolation solution of 2% KCl aqueous solution used for perforation operation in Jiagenshan, Hannan and Anan fields, the perforation fluid system was not changed and adjusted according to the characteristics of reservoir, which resulted in a certain degree of damage to the reservoir . By analyzing the reservoir characteristics of three oil fields and the fluidity of the formation fluid, the sensitivity and potential damage factors were identified. The perforated liquid formulation of the protective reservoirs was optimized and evaluated in laboratory. And perforating fluid formulations for reservoirs in the Annan oilfield. The application in 8 wells shows that the perforating fluid system has good reservoir protection effect and good compatibility of treatment agent. No sedimentation is observed when the percolation fluid of the reservoir is mixed with formation water, and the rolling recovery rates of lithic debris are both greater than 95%, the core permeability recovery values are more than 80%, the skin coefficient is less than 0, the blockage ratio is less than 1, perfect wells reach 100%, and achieved good protection of the reservoir effect.
