近年来,我刊发表过几篇儒教鼻祖孔子饮食观的文章,引起一些读者和研究者的兴趣,他们投书编辑部,希望还能看到有关佛教和道教的饮食观.为满足来信者的要求,我刊特请广东商学院陈茂春教师撰写了“佛教饮食观”、“道教饮食观”两篇文章,分四期刊发.我国的膳食结构基本上是符合平衡膳食的科学观念,较之国外膳食结构要优越.在它的形成和完善过程中,在一定意义上是受到“三教”饮食观的影响.但是,也应当承认,由于历史的局限性,在“三教”的饮食观中也存在着糟粕和偏颇处.所以,“三教”饮食观的发表仅供参考.

They voted in editorial departments and hoped to see Buddhist and Taoist dietary concepts. The dietary structure of our country basically conforms to the scientific concept of balanced diet, In the process of its formation and perfection, it is influenced by the concept of “three religions” in a certain sense.However, it should be acknowledged that due to the limitation of history, the concept of diet in the “Three Religions” There are also dross and biased place, therefore, “Three Religions” diet view published only for reference.
