T细胞型慢性淋巴细胞性白血病(CLL)虽较少见,但其临床侵袭性则比B细胞型者常见。由于T-CLL病例较少,对其细胞遗传学的研究更不多。本文报告5例T细胞型CLL患者的细胞遗传学的研究结果。 5例T细胞型CLL患者,4例为未治疗者,其外周血淋巴细胞以T细胞激活剂刺激后,对肿瘤T细胞克隆进行染色体分析。用PHA刺激后,5例中的4例发现有14号染色体倒位:inv(14)(q11q32)。在其它血癌患者的血液中,也曾观察到过14号染色体畸 T cell type chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is rare, but its clinical invasion is more common than B cell type. Due to the small number of T-CLL, its cytogenetics is much less studied. This article reports the results of 5 cytogenetic studies in 5 patients with T cell CLL. Five patients with T cell type CLL and four patients who were untreated had peripheral blood lymphocytes stimulated with T cell activator and then analyzed the chromosome of T cell clones. After stimulation with PHA, chromosome 4 inversions were found in 4 out of 5 cases: inv (14) (q11q32). Chromosome 14 has also been observed in the blood of other blood cancer patients
