根据士官教育的实际情况,采取以实践教学为主、理论授课为辅的教学方式。为了紧贴士官岗位,让学员充分了解岗位工作,并激励实践课中学员主动学习的积极性,对情景化实践教学模式做了深入探讨。依据专业课程的内容循序渐进地设置了不同情景,每个情景都与岗位工作息息相关,在完成情景任务的同时,着重强调团队合作意识,采用个人得分加团体得分的形成性考核办法。
