铁道部机务局于1990年7月10～14日在北京内燃机务段主持召开了“内燃机车柴油机检修工作经验交流会”。参加会议的有12个铁路局、1个分局、31个机务段的有关人员;大连、戚墅堰机车车辆工厂、大连内燃机车研究所、戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所、铁道科学研究院机辆所、铁道部第三设计院的有关专家和人员也应邀参加了会议,共计63人。铁道部机务局、北京铁路局和分局的领导参加了开幕式并讲了话。
Ministry of Railways Bureau of Machine Building in July 1990 July 10 ~ 14 in Beijing engine room chaired a “diesel locomotive maintenance work experience exchange.” Attended the meeting were 12 railway bureau, a branch, 31 locomotive depot of the relevant personnel; Dalian, Qishuyan rolling stock factory, Dalian Diesel Locomotive Research Institute, Qishuyan rolling stock technology research institute, railway science research institute of aircraft, railway Ministry Third Design Institute of the relevant experts and personnel were also invited to attend the meeting, a total of 63 people. Leaders of MOR Bureau, Beijing Railway Bureau and Branch attended the opening ceremony and made speeches.
