为了使传统的低层井架为现代高层建筑服务,必须对其进行改造。我们根据施工需要改造设计了单笼附墙井架,两笼附墙井架和三笼附墙井架。井架最大起升高度为130m,附墙后自由端高度为9 m,每笼额定起重量为1t。并可加能回转270°的摇头把杆。单笼附墙井架在南京许多建筑工地使用过,两笼和三笼130m附墙井架正在上海市扬子江大酒店使用。一、应力核算目前,江苏地区普遍使用的井架起升高度24m,额定起重量1t,井架截面1.6×1.6m。
