本文报告907例视网膜脱离并有原发性高眼压,眼压高于或等于22mmHg,一眼或二眼患病。原发性高眼压的发病率:907例视网膜脱离手术病人中35例是原发性高眼压(3.85%),35例之年龄31～81岁平均60岁。男22(62.85%)女13(37.15%),无晶体8眼(21%),远视1眼(2.6%),正视6(15.8%),近视23(60.5%)。双眼高眼压30例(85.7%),单眼视网膜脱离2(5.7%),单眼无晶体患者3例(8.6%)。在视网膜脱离手术之前已发现的16例(45.7%),手术时发现11例(31.4%),手术后发现8例 This article reports 907 cases of retinal detachment and primary hypertension, intraocular pressure greater than or equal to 22mmHg, one or two eyes sick.
