1987—1988年间,作者测定了籼粳稻类的20个稻瘟病菌株培养液对水稻种子胚根的毒害。经显著性测定表明,各菌株间培养液的毒性差异显著。这种差异表现为菌液对胚根生长抑制的程度大小不同,将其分成四组,即毒性强、毒性中等、毒性弱和无毒性。各组的胚根平均生长率依次为7.7%,18.4%,62.5%和100%;各组菌株数占所测菌株数的百分率分别为15%,30%,40%和15%。此外,随着菌丝体生长量增加和培养液色素加深,各组毒性也随之降低,呈负相关。
Between 1987 and 1988, the authors determined the toxicity of 20 blast fungus strains of indica and japonica rice to the radicle roots of rice seeds. Significant determination showed that there was significant difference in toxicity between the strains. This difference is manifested as the degree of inhibition of radicle growth of different sizes, divided into four groups, that is, toxic, moderate toxicity, toxicity and non-toxic. The average growth rate of radicle in each group was 7.7%, 18.4%, 62.5% and 100% respectively. The percentage of strains in each group was 15%, 30%, 40% and 15% respectively. In addition, with the increase of mycelial growth and the deepening of pigment in culture medium, the toxicity of each group also decreased, which was negatively correlated.
