本文报道用分光光度法测定水中溶解氧。其原理是在氧的存在下,过量的银溶胶和氰离子形成黄色的溶胶液,其吸光度与氧的浓度呈线性关系。方法简便灵敏,可测定水中小于50ppb的溶解氧。试剂:均用分析纯试剂。硝酸银溶液:将0.84935g硝酸银溶解在蒸馏水中并定容到500ml。明胶液:将0.5g明胶粉溶解在100ml热水中。为避免生物降解,现用现配。氰化钠溶溶:将0.12250g氰化钠溶解到250ml蒸馏水中,用硝酸银标定其浓度。银溶胶:将0.5ml 10~(-2)M硝酸银溶液放入
This paper reports the determination of dissolved oxygen in water by spectrophotometry. The principle is that in the presence of oxygen, an excess of silver sol and cyanide ions form a yellow sol solution with a linear relationship between absorbance and oxygen concentration. The method is simple and sensitive and can measure dissolved oxygen in water less than 50 ppb. Reagents: Both analytical reagents. Silver nitrate solution: Dissolve 0.84935g of silver nitrate in distilled water and dilute to 500ml. Gelatin solution: Dissolve 0.5g gelatin powder in 100ml hot water.
