资料与方法 一、一般资料:选自1997年5月至10月急性脑梗塞病例66例,发病在72小时内,均符合全国第二届脑血管病学术会议制定的诊断标准,并经颅脑CT证实。对于诊断明确的脑栓塞不列入观察范围.
Materials and Methods I. General Information: 66 cases of acute cerebral infarction were selected from May 1997 to October 1997. The incidence was within 72 hours and both were in line with the diagnostic criteria set by the 2nd National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases. CT confirmed. For the diagnosis of clear cerebral embolism is not included in the scope of observation.
