砷是一个古老毒物,也是日常生活经常接触的元素。有关砷的毒理问题研究的比较广泛,但砷的代谢到1977年后始有较详细报导。某些可溶性砷化合物的代谢已有报导而难溶砷的代谢尚不清楚。本文研究了矿石中伴生难溶砷,臭葱石(FeAsO_3·2H_2O),砷钙铜矿[(CuCa)_2OHAsO_4·1/4H_2O]和砷氯铅矿[pb_5Cl(AsO_4)_3]的混合物以及可溶的三氧化二砷在大鼠体内的代谢。
Arsenic is an ancient poison, but also an element of daily life. Toxicological issues related to arsenic have been studied extensively, but arsenic metabolism has been reported in more detail since 1977. The metabolism of some soluble arsenic compounds has been reported but the metabolism of arsenic is still unclear. In this paper, we studied the mixture of insoluble arsenic, ferrous scoria (FeAsO_3 · 2H_2O), arsenous calcium copper mine [(CuCa) 2OHAsO_4 · 1 / 4H_2O] and arsenochlite [pb_5Cl (AsO_4) _3] Metabolism of arsenic trioxide in rats.
