为探讨结肠癌细胞的浸润及转移与癌基因表达的关系,作者采用免疫组化方法检测了40例结肠癌病例的P53、NM23、C-erbB-2蛋白的表达。结果表明:P53蛋白的阳性表达及NM23蛋白的阴性表达与结肠癌浸润深度及淋巴结转移有相关关系;C-erbB-2蛋白的阳性表达与结肠癌浸润及转移无相关;结肠癌组织学分级与癌浸润深度及转移亦有相关关系。研究提示,P53蛋白阳性表达、NM23阴性表达的结肠癌病例,且组织学分级较差者,其临床分期多不属早期,常有深部浸润或淋巴结转移
To explore the relationship between colon cancer cell invasion and metastasis and oncogene expression, the authors used immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of P53, NM23 and C-erbB-2 protein in 40 cases of colon cancer. The results showed that the positive expression of P53 protein and the negative expression of NM23 protein were correlated with the infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis of colon cancer; the positive expression of C-erbB-2 protein was not related to the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer; the histological grade of colon cancer There is also a correlation between the depth of invasion and metastasis. Studies suggest that cases of colon cancer with positive expression of P53 protein and negative NM23 expression, and poor histological grade, do not have early clinical stages, often with deep infiltration or lymph node metastasis.
