目的探讨复发性软组织肉瘤的原因及再治疗。方法回顾分析２１例复发性软组织肉瘤临床资料。结果复发后就诊者占７０％（２１／３０）。结论提高对软组织肿瘤的认识，对复发患者应积极开展以手术为主的综合治疗。
Objective To investigate the causes and retreatment of recurrent soft tissue sarcomas. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of recurrent soft tissue sarcomas were retrospectively analyzed. Results 70% (21/30) of patients attended after relapse. Conclusions To improve the understanding of soft tissue tumors, it is necessary to actively carry out comprehensive treatment based on surgery.
