2010年3月1日起施行的《宁波市节约能源条例》(以下简称《条例》)是我市节约能源工作的首部法律文书,它从立法的目的,节能的管理部门,管理责任等方面作了详细规定,旨在使节约能源工作规范化、制度化。《条例》从法律角度赋予了各级机关事务管理部门更艰巨的任务和更重大的责任。因此,我们机关事务管理部门,要按照《条例》的要求,认真履行工作职责,增强贯彻落实《条例》的紧迫感和使命感。
