1990年～1994年我院经胃镜检查出青年人(30岁以下)胃癌28例,现分析如下。 临床资料 28例中女性17例,男性11例。年龄19岁1例,20岁～25岁4例,26岁～30岁23例。上腹痛16例、暧气10例。食欲减退9例、贫血8例、左锁骨淋巴结肿大6例、呕血2例、体重减轻9例、腹水1例。病程:从出现症状到诊断:2周～半年15例,～1年7例,～2年6例。 X线钡透检查24例,检出胃癌11例、胃炎7例、胃溃疡6例。胃镜检查:胃窦癌13例、胃体癌7例、胃角癌4例、胃底癌4例。肉眼分型:Ⅱ_a型Ⅰ例、Ⅱ_b型3例、Ⅱ_c型9例、Ⅲ型15例。病
From 1990 to 1994, 28 patients with gastric cancer (under the age of 30) were examined by gastroscopy in our hospital. The analysis is as follows. Clinical data in 28 cases of 17 females and 11 males. There were 1 case aged 19 years old, 4 cases 20 to 25 years old, and 23 cases 26 to 30 years old. There were 16 cases of epigastric pain and 10 cases of hernia. There were 9 cases of loss of appetite, 8 cases of anemia, 6 cases of left clavicular lymphadenopathy, 2 cases of hematemesis, 9 cases of weight loss, and 1 case of ascites. Course of disease: From symptoms to diagnosis: 15 cases in 2 weeks to 6 months, 7 cases in 1 year, and 6 cases in 2 years. X-ray examination was performed in 24 cases. 11 cases of gastric cancer, 7 cases of gastritis, and 6 cases of gastric ulcer were detected. Gastroscopy: 13 cases of gastric cancer, 7 cases of gastric cancer, 4 cases of gastric cancer, and 4 cases of gastric fundus. The naked eyes were divided into type I_a type I, II_b type 3, type II_c 9 and type III 15 cases. disease
