本文通过对常见的双级双程双泵浦光源进行实验研究,分析了两级掺铒光纤的长度以及两级泵浦的功率对光源输出光谱的功率大小、平坦度和平均波长的影响。根据实验分析结果,当EDF1和EDF2的长度分别为9 m和38 m,一级泵浦功率为65 mW,二级泵浦功率为115 mW时,光源输出功率为16.89 mW,平均波长为1 566.389nm,1 536nm-1 605nm波段范围内光谱的不平坦度<±2dB。
In this paper, the effects of the two-stage erbium-doped fiber length and the power of two-stage pump on the power, flatness and average wavelength of the output spectrum of the light source are analyzed. According to the experimental results, the output power of the light source is 16.89 mW and the average wavelength is 1 566.389 when EDF1 and EDF2 are 9 m and 38 m in length, 65 mW in the primary pump and 115 mW in the secondary pump, respectively nm, the unevenness of the spectrum in the range of 1 536 nm-1 605 nm <± 2 dB.
